What Battalion are you Applying for : Shock
Why this Battalion? : I feel the most comfortable with shock right now, i think if done right then it could be great as shock is one of the most important battalions on any server because they are the ones who suppose to keep the server from being a complete mingy mess but make them at the same time wanted to be around and not feared as it helps nobody and I think I can move that battalion that direction and make it a good battalion to be around and depend on.
What do you have to offer? : I have to offer my experience of playing and being in a star wars community as well as my experience in leading battalions and being an officer spec forces and non spec forces, I offer an open mind and the willingness to listen/learn if the need arises.
Do you have experience on being a commander? if so, explain how it was : I was a commander multiple times on multiple servers especially as a shock commander and I think its nothing I can't handle since i have been a commander at least once throughout every year ever since like 2016 or so so i think my experience of a commander and also seeing what you should and should not do in the commanding position I think personally I would be a good fit and beneficial for the regiment.
What is your Availability : Past 5pm est on weekdays and earlier on weekends.
How do you motivate others? : You work with me i work with you as long as people do come on and plan on actually doing their jobs following rules and enforcing them as well then we would get along just fine and you would actually progress within the battalion im not a hardass but i am firm and expect people to get their serious faces on when the time requires it to be.
What are your strengths and weaknesses? : Strengths are that i am a great rper been on multiple star wars and halo rp servers, good leader and likes to keep things organized and keep things flowing
weaknesses are that i think im taking the job too seriously sometimes, i have some off days where im not the best that i am or just not feeling it so there's that.
Do you understand the History of this Battalion (For example Battle's and notable Members) and can you list them? : most notable members were Thorn, Fox, Stone, Thire as well as Hound, one of their many so called "Battles" was to arrest Ashoka for suspecful bombing of the jedi temple as well as it was their job to transport darth maul back to corusant and serve as a mopup crew for order 66 and that Thire was the one speaking to Palpatine that they are searching for Yoda after their duel in the senate hall as well as their diplomatic mission with padme on going to talk with the banking clans where Thorn did an epic last stand against the CIS forces.
